Man Pronounced Dead Twice in Four Days

The family of a 70-year-old Fort Myers, Fla. man, who was pronounced dead by EMS, but then woke up when the mortician arrived - only to die again four days later, is seeking answers and justice. When Leroy Tarver collapsed on the floor suffering from chest pains, his family called 911. When paramedics arrived, they initiated CPR and tried to resuscitate Leroy, but couldn't and pronounced dead
