WATCH: Chicago Cops Encourage Crowd to Taunt Teenage Boy

Two Chicago police officers are temporarily off the streets after they allowed a crowd to tease and taunt a teenage suspect who was handcuffed in the back seat of the police cruiser in Humboldt Park. One of the officers even told the person filming the scene to, “Get a closeup.” The police department's Internal Affairs unit has launched an investigation on the video and the officers involved.
