In the wee hours last Sunday morning, Joseph Walsh, 26, of Sandusky, Ohio was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine, persistent disorderly conduct while intoxicated charges after he tried to pick a fight with patrons at a bar. Once he got to jail, however, Joseph pulled out his cell phone and called 911, telling the dispatcher he's being "hog tied"
