Kim & Kroy Looking For New Digs In Roswell

Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member Kim Zolciak and her new beau Kroy Biermann have been fishing for fancy new digs as they get ready to have a baby together.

They are currently in talks to lease a property in Roswell with seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, according to the real estate agent Rebecca Currie. Brielle, Kim’s daughter, Tweeted about the property earlier this month.

The 11,000 square feet home on two acres is currently for sale at an asking price of $3.25 million. The couple originally made a lower offer earlier this month, but it was rejected. Currie told me today she’d love for someone to buy the house, which is owned by a retired athlete. But a rental is better than keeping it empty.

The home has been for sale for nearly six months under its current owners. I did a little research and found the home is owned by former NBA player Antonio Davis and his wife Kendra and we featured it on our website last year. Davis played for the Pacers, Raptors and Bulls between 1993 and 2006.

Zolciak is due with her third child in June. She met Biermann, a Falcons defensive end, last spring at a charity event. They hooked up almost immediately, enabling Zolciak to dump Lee Najjar, best known as “Big Poppa.” Biermann’s livelihood is threatened by the current NFL lockout. If the season does happen, he is set to get paid $555,000.

Kim Zolciak Reveals She's Having A Baby Boy!

Pregnant Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak has revealed on Twitter that she is having a baby boy.

It seems Kim slipped up when she referred to the baby as "he" in one of her tweets on Saturday. "I haven't had the baby yet!! I'm due in June! But he is getting big in my belly," she wrote.

After immediately getting tweeted by excited fans, Kim wrote "Ya all are right!!! I can't believe it I messed up tweetin. YES @biermann71 and I are happy to announce we are a having a baby BOY!!!"

This will be the first son for Kim, who is the mother of two daughters. This is also her first child with new beau Kroy Biermann.

Kim Zolciak's Assistant To Nene: Leave Me Alone

First, Real Housewife NeNe Leakes accused Kim Zolciak of treating Sweetie Hughes, Kim's assistant, like a "slave" on the Real Housewives of Atlanta. 

Now that allegation has prompted a "Free Sweetie" crusade that Sweetie says is ruining her life. Atlanta radio host Rickey Smiley launched the campaign on Feb. 16 after NeNe called his morning show.

"They're doing it for Black History Month, and it offends me," Sweetie tells Life & Style. "They have pastors calling into the radio station and praying for me. They've taken it too far. NeNe's jealous that she's not as close to Kim as I am. I've known Kim for 11 years, since I was a kid. Kim's a great friend to me. NeNe's traumatizing my life. She's bringing hell to it."

"I never want to speak to NeNe again. My assistant Sweetie is so upset about the whole thing, she's beside herself," Kim tells Life & Style. "NeNe has problems."

Kim Zolciak Opens Up About Her Pregnancy

The Real Housewives of Atlanta is all about the drama. But these days, Housewife Kim Zolciak is drama-free, six months pregnant and happier than ever! At an exclusive bump-revealing photo shoot with Life & Style on Feb. 20, Kim opens up about her belly, her man -- Atlanta Falcons defensive end Kroy Biermann, whom she's been dating since May -- and the possibility of another baby in their future!

"I'll be 33 when I have this baby, and I'm more in touch with my body now," Kim tells Life & Style. The reality star, who already has two daughters, Brielle, 13, and Ariana, 9, from a previous marriage, says she's gained about 20 pounds so far. "I'm definitely eating a lot more now than I did with my girls." Not that she -- or her man Kroy -- minds a little extra weight. "Kroy loves me pregnant. I don't remember my ex-husband being that into it, but Kroy loves it. He tells me I'm so beautiful."

Together for nearly 10 months, Kim reveals to Life & Style that she and Kroy are finally shacking up together in Atlanta, just in time for their newborn's June arrival! "We'll be moved in before the baby is born," she says. So could a ring be far off? "Kroy's perfect for me, but we're not engaged," Kim tells Life & Style. "If we get married, Kroy would like to have one more child, and I want one too!"

Will Nene & Kim Zolciak Ever Be Friends Again?

After part one of the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion, it seemed obvious that NeNe Leakes and Kim Zolciak's relationship was irreparably shattered as the ladies revisited their nasty fight aboard that bus.

Yet on Sunday's reunion, the second and final part, Zolciak offered an olive branch (of sorts), telling host Andy Cohen that she couldn't deny that she wished Leakes well in her life. True, it wasn't an all-out declaration of friendship but, as Cohen pointed out, Zolciak seemed genuinely moved – even wistful – while watching a montage of her greatest hits and funniest moments with Leakes over the course of the season.

Leakes, however, sat impassively and didn't seem to share in Kim's sentiment at all. In fact, she said that she thought their friendship was over, definitively.

Before arriving at this détente (of sorts), which concluded a rather staid, drama-free reunion, the two did get into another round of she-said, she-said, arguing again about the origins of their fight.

Perhaps they really won't reconcile – though NeNe and Kim have certainly been down this road before.

Kim’s Psychic Blows Camille's Out Of The Water

Kim Zolciak’s psychic on the Real Housewives of Atlanta puts Beverly Hills housewife Camille Grammer’s psychic to shame. Archived video footage from season two showed Kim visiting her long-time seer, who is only referred to as “Rose”. In the video, Rose is shown predicting that Zolciak would have a third child—a boy—six or seven years after her youngest. Around a year has passed since Rose made this prediction, and Zolciak is five months pregnant.

The credibility of Camille Grammer’s psychic, medium Allison DuBois, was sharply called into question after an episode during which DuBois self-righteously sounded off about her abilities. Yet the medium failed to predict that Kelsey Grammer would promptly divorce her friend. During the reunion show, Andy Cohen revealed that the number one question asked by fans surrounded the credibility of Grammer’s psychic. When confronted with the issue, Grammer suggested that Dubois had inadvertently picked up on her dilemma while attempting a read of co-star Kyle Richards.

NeNe & Kim Trade Barbs Over Bus Blow-Up

Real Housewives of Atlanta viewers already saw NeNe Leakes, 43, and Kim Zolciak, 32, square off during an ugly bus brawl during the show's January 16 episode -- but the drama is far from over!

When asked to describe the incident during part one of The Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion special (airing Sunday at 10 p.m. EST on Bravo), Leakes says she was appalled at how Zolciak treated her assistant, Sweetie.

"I'm not going to sit with a group of people and listen to somebody talk down to someone. I am not going to sit in a conversation and have somebody point their head in my face and say, 'F*** you, bitch!' several times," Leakes explains. "I'm going to react. I think you can dish it out but you can't take it."

Tensions running high, Zolciak then interrupts Leakes to explain her side of the story.

"You started the argument!" she shot back. "You were screaming and yelling on the bus and you responded. When you call my assistant a slave, I'm going to say, 'F*** you, bitch!'"

Part one of the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion special airs Sunday at 10 p.m. (EST) on Bravo.

Real Housewives of Atlanta Reunion Preview

If a preview of the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion is any indication, feuding costars NeNe Leakes and Kim Zolciak have done nothing to end the fight that began on board Kandi Burruss's tour bus.

The heated argument over how Zolciak speaks to her assistant will continue – and sparks will fly – in front of the former friends' costars and speechless host Andy Cohen when the two-part reunion begins Sunday (10 p.m. ET) on Bravo. The second part will air Feb. 20.

"You said eff-you, b––h to me several times," Leakes says of the bus ride brawl.

Zolciak doesn't deny it, admitting, "Yeah, I did. I said a whole lot, because you had a whole lot to say."

"I think you can dish it out but you can't take it," Leakes continues. "I'm not going to get deep into it. I'm gonna tell you this: I'm offended by it. I don't know who likes it and who doesn't ... I don't accept verbal abuse well, and I will not accept it, okay? So I am completely done."

Miss Lawrence Talks RHOA and Singing Career

On this past season of the The Real Housewives of Atlanta, eye-popping Lawrence Washington, aka Miss Lawrence turned heads (and wigs) with his vocal ability and now the Atlanta native is opening up about his new music venture, his start and RHOA.

In an interview with AccessAtlanta.com, Washington spoke about his notable performance on the RHOA’s, season finale, which aired last week.

“I was very satisfied with my performance,” said Washington, citing only one regret: “The cameras caught a couple of fat rolls! I’ve got to get to the gym!”

Despite his desire to tone up for the cameras, Washington is still happy with the way things are going with his new musical venture.

“I’ve gotten great feedback,” added Lawrence. “I’m really anticipating a lot more greatness to come out of this.”

Washington, a Tri-Cities High School graduate, first got his musical feet wet performing in stage plays and weddings as a teenager. However, Washington found his bread and butter in the beauty and hair industry:

“It gave me a more creative outlet to be who I want to be,” he said. “It’s a little more embracing when it comes to freedom of expression. I could live life more comfortably in the beauty industry.”

As to how he feels about two of his fellow RHOA castmates, Kim Zolciak and Dwight Eubanks, it seems Washington could take one and leave the other:

“We get along great. I love Kim to death,” he said about Zolciak, much warmer words than he had for Eubanks. “I don’t have an opinion of him. He’s a character is all I can say.”

We can’t wait to see more of Washington both on the music scene, for which he’s now fielding concert requests for “I want to go out there and entertain people!” and on RHOA, which he’s more than open to do a fourth sseason for.
